In Step Ministries starts its fall session on September 30. We will gather together for 7 weeks from 6-8 pm for a time of exercise and discussion.

Join us for Kick-Off Night on Monday, September 23, from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm for refreshments and fellowship.

This fall we will be using the book Don't Give Up by Kye Idleman.
A brief descripton of the book:
The parent with the wayward child. The couple whose marriage is in jeopardy. The man who is out of work. The woman stuck in crushing debt. The patient with a bad diagnosis. The student who can't get a fair shake. People hanging by a thread, losing faith and short on strength. What do they all need to hear?

Don't give up.

Our lives are minefields of challenges that take their toll on our courage, our conviction, and even our faith. But God whispers to the weary, Don't give up. Drawing from inspiring biblical stories and first-person testimonies of perseverance, bestselling author and pastor Kyle Idleman encourages readers to cast their concerns on God, trust in his love and timing, pray for patience and strength, and seek out support in the family of God.

Mark you calendars and join us!

Our desire is to minister to women, providing a safe, supportive place for women to share their honest challenges as a woman, wife and mother.  We look forward to begining a new ministry called "Live in Step" for women who are post-college who do not have children. We will meet as a large group and then gather as small groups. To accomplish this mission within our small groups, we all hold to nine core values, which are characteristics of true biblical community.  These include:
  • Authenticity – share our true thoughts and feelings
  • Mutuality –encourage each other
  • Sympathy –support each other
  • Mercy –forgive each other
  • Honesty –speak the truth in love
  • Humility –admit our weaknesses
  • Courtesy –respect our differences
  • Confidentiality –not gossiping
  • Frequency – make group a priority

We exercise for one hour prior to our study. We do a variety of different exercises as a group.  What a great way to get in shape and fellowship with other women!  Don’t worry about whether you are in shape or not... you will be able to participate in everything we do at your own fitness level.

Typical evening schedule:

5:50             Childcare available for drop off

6:00-7:00     Exercise

7:00-8:10     Small group/Bible study time

8:10             Pick up kids promptly
